Tenflex is formulated with bioactive collagen peptides, chondroitin sulfate, L‑arginine, curcumin, vitamin C, silicon, zinc, manganese and copper, which together help improve people’s quality of life.
The formula contains bioactive collagen peptides and chondroitin sulfate, both naturally present in cartilage and connective tissue.
Chondroitin sulfate is a glycosaminoglycan that forms part of the extracellular matrix, the network that provides support and organization to connective tissues (tendons, ligaments and other structural components), giving them elasticity.
Bioactive collagen peptides are easily absorbed protein fragments that differ from conventional collagen in that they are designed for optimal absorption and use of their nutritional properties.
Both bioactive peptides and chondroitin sulfate form the key building blocks of the extracellular matrix, supporting the elasticity and mechanical properties of ligaments and tendons. In this formulation, they are included to nutritionally complement the supply of these building blocks and ensure optimal absorption and use of their nutritional properties thanks to their affinity with tissue components such as type I collagen.
L‑arginine is an amino acid naturally found in the human body and involved in various physiological processes. It is especially present in tissues with high structural and metabolic activity, such as muscles and connective tissue.
This formulation also contains high‑purity curcumin, derived from turmeric, traditionally valued for its antioxidant and anti‑inflammatory properties.
Vitamin C and copper act as coenzyme and cofactor, respectively, in reactions that help stabilize collagen molecules and form the so‑called cross‑links.
Manganese and zinc are key cofactors and regulators in the maintenance, repair and strength of tendons, as they participate in the synthesis of proteoglycans (components of the tendon extracellular matrix) and proteins, respectively, as well as in tissue repair.
Silicon is an essential trace element that acts as a structural pillar of connective tissue. Its main function is to stimulate the synthesis of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, providing elasticity, flexibility and firmness to tendons.
Our formula is completed with vitamin C, copper, zinc, manganese and silicon.
Copper, zinc and vitamin C contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Vitamin C also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and supports the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise, while copper and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Copper also supports the maintenance of connective tissue under normal conditions, and zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis.

DOSAGE:
Take one sachet per day, preferably before or during meals.
Shake the sachet before opening. Pour the contents into a glass of water (200 ml) and stir with a spoon until completely dissolved. For better dissolution, pour the contents slowly into the glass while stirring with a spoon.
A minimum treatment of 6 months is recommended. It can be taken continuously.
