The Doliral formula contains GABA (gamma‑aminobutyric acid), an inhibitory neurotransmitter naturally present in the central nervous system, associated with general well‑being.
N‑acetylcysteine, once ingested, is converted into cysteine, an amino acid naturally present in the human body that participates in various biological processes, such as glutathione synthesis.
Glutathione is a tripeptide naturally present in cells and participates in processes related to cellular oxidative balance.
Ubiquinol is the active form of coenzyme Q10, a compound naturally present in practically all cells of the body, especially in tissues with high energy demand, where it participates in cellular processes associated with energy production and mechanisms related to cellular oxidative balance.
Doliral contains N‑acetylcysteine, glutathione and ubiquinol, nutrients involved in antioxidant processes and energy metabolism.

DOSAGE:
To ensure its effectiveness and absorption, Doliral is dosed in lozenges.
Take one lozenge per day and allow it to dissolve slowly in the mouth, preferably after meals.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- It is recommended to drink a little water or milk before taking the lozenge to soothe the throat.
- Place the lozenge between the cheek and teeth for slow dissolution.
- The tablet will normally dissolve in 1–2 hours. Patients with low saliva production may experience a longer dissolution time. At first, dissolution may take around 3 hours, which is normal.
- From time to time, moisten the tablet on the tongue for a few seconds and move it to the opposite cheek.
- Do not chew. Do not bite, chew, or swallow the tablet, as this will reduce its effectiveness.
- Avoid acidic products. Do not drink or eat acidic foods (such as orange juice) shortly before, during, or after taking the tablet, as the combination may cause an unpleasant taste in the mouth.
